1. Agreement to terms

This website, crownforcetools.com (the "Site"), and the products sold through it are operated by CrownForce Industries LLC ("CrownForce," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the Site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional policies referenced here (such as our Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us. Our tools are intended for professional and trade use by qualified operators. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Products, pricing, and availability

We work to display our products and their specifications accurately, but we do not guarantee that every detail, image, or measurement is completely error-free, and images may differ slightly from the physical product. We reserve the right to correct any errors, limit order quantities, discontinue products, and change prices at any time without notice. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

4. Accuracy of information and orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including after an order has been submitted, for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing or product errors, or limits on quantities available. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund the affected amount. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases.

5. Payment, billing, and taxes

By submitting an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total, including applicable taxes and shipping. You are responsible for any sales or use taxes applicable to your order.

6. Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

7. Product use, safety, and assumption of risk

This section is important. Diamond core bits, saw blades, and grinding wheels are professional cutting tools that can cause serious injury or property damage if misused.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for selecting the correct tool for your application, material, and equipment, including correct diameter, thread or arbor size, and wet-versus-dry rating.
• You will operate each tool in accordance with the instructions and safety guidance of the power tool or machine it is used with, including correct RPM limits, guarding, and mounting.
• You will use appropriate personal protective equipment and follow all applicable workplace safety regulations.
• You assume all risk arising from the use of our products, and CrownForce is not responsible for injury, loss, or damage resulting from improper selection, installation, operation, modification, or maintenance of any product.

8. California Proposition 65

9. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including the CrownForce name and logo, text, graphics, product schematics, and layout, are owned by or licensed to CrownForce and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our prior written permission.

10. Reviews, comments, and submissions

If you submit reviews, comments, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit, it must be your own or properly licensed, and it must not be unlawful, defamatory, or infringing. We may, but are not obligated to, monitor, edit, or remove submissions.

11. Third-party links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices, and linking does not imply endorsement.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use the Site or our products for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or others' rights, to transmit malicious code, to interfere with the Site's operation, or to attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

13. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CrownForce and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification, will survive.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time by posting the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms, together with the policies referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and CrownForce regarding the Site.
